Congratulations on being so active with your Fitbit! If you are manually entering any workouts or walks, it may add steps to your total that do not go over into Go365. Fitbit will only send the steps that are tracked directly with your device. You will earn $5 in rewards when you hit 8 days of over 500 steps within the same month.
Hello! I'm sorry for any frustration. I can confirm that your Garmin account is still connected, however, we have not been sent any data since 6/25/19. Have you synced your Garmin device with your Garmin Connect account recently? If your steps are not on your Garmin account, then they will not be sent to Go365.
