2-Step Verification Experience

Humana's Enterprise Information Protection (EIP) continually looks for ways to enhance Humana’s security. As hackers become more sophisticated, we must ensure that our accounts remain secure.

 

To that end, Humana introduced a new layer of security – called 2-Step verification – to all Go365® members. Many financial institutions use 2-Step verification to protect your banking accounts, so you’re likely already familiar with how it works. This change will better protect your Go365® account while still providing an easy login experience.

 

What’s changed:

 

  1. When you login to Go365.com, you'll enter your username and password as usual.
  2. Then you’ll set up 2-step verification with your email address, with an option to add a mobile number.
  3. The same email address/account cannot be used for two different members

 

Moving forward, any time you access Go365® from a new device, you’ll receive a one-time confirmation code that you’ll use to sign in, similar to requests you might get from your bank or cellphone carrier. This will prevent anyone from trying to login to your account from an unrecognized device without your permission.
