Staying in shape and feeling good are important at any age. That’s why most of Humana’s Medicare plans include the SilverSneakers® Fitness program – at no extra cost*. Here’s what you need to know:

 

What is SilverSneakers?

SilverSneakers is a fun, energizing program that helps Go365® members take greater control of their health by encouraging physical activity and offering social events. Through SilverSneakers, members have access to the participating gym’s basic membership and amenities. Plus, you can earn Bucks® for your workouts by joining a Silver Sneakers location near you!

 

How does it work?

To earn Vitality Bucks for Silver Sneakers workouts, Go365 members must present their Silver Sneakers member ID card, or Humana medical plan ID at their local Silver Sneakers gym.

How do I connect Silver Sneakers to my HumanaVitality Account?

  • Find a participating Silver Sneakers
  • Print out SilverSneakers card or bring your Humana medical member ID card to your local Silver Sneakers location
  • At the gym, ask to be connected to Silver Sneakers and show the gym staff your 16 digit SilverSneakers member card or Humana medical ID card number.
    • Please note it will take two months for Bucks to appear for your workouts at your local Silver Sneakers locations.

 

Are all Go365 members eligible for Silver Sneakers?
