Use the workout tracker here to submit rewards.
Our phones or our computer cannot be linked to devices. We do not have the resources to upgrade our phones or computer. We tried to link with the garmin vivoki last year and could not so we ordered the clearview pedometer. We each have one but our steps don't count now. What can we do to solve this?
I was unable to link because I have Medicare. Don't know if you are in that category.....however, I was instructed to print the forms and send them in at the end of the year. So that's what I will do.
I was just reading all the comments. I just bought and received in the mail yesterday a fitbit zip. A gal at my gym has one and uses go365 and told me to buy this device to track my steps to receive pts and cash value. So it sounds like this device is no longer acceptable. I hope Im not right. Is this an acceptable device? I just now finished setting up this device with fitbit and now hoping to set it up with go365. Please help.
Fitbit Zip is still a compatible device.
I do know how to use a computer my wife does all the computer replies. I use her email as well.
I go to Gold's gym 4 X a week working out for 1 hr. min. I do not have a fitbit, my phone is not an iPhone or any other phone that can count my steps or excersize. How can I sign up for your rewards. Thank you.
Is the PDF form called medicare tracker something you are using instead of my fitbit zip now for 2019?
Or hopefully I can still use my fitbit zip!!
How do I find an app on my phone that will link with the GO365 Humana Medicare program? My phone is a Google Pixel phone (Android). Also, how could I get one of the two Humana pedometers that are mentioned on this website?
Glad the option of filling in a form is available again. Too bad it cannot be done online. I get so much more exercise than I can record. So sorry the better rewards went away.
We are working on future enhancements to potentially allow for more online submissions.
Thank you for the feedback and keep up the great work!
I am a new participant on Go365 and have an Apple Watch that cannot be connected to Go365 to track my steps. I do much more than 500 steps/day 8 days/Mo. Are there plans to include the Apple Watch in devices used on Go365?
There definitely is as we are always looking to add to our compatibility.
In the meantime, you can simply track your steps via the workout tracker and send in via mail, or even contact us via phone/chat to report the data.
Thank you SOOOOO much for asking a question re your (and MY Apple Watch)! This iWatch has been in existence for many years and yet go365 has not yet come up with compatibility. Sad and more than disappointing!
I agree. I used to have Go2 pedometer. all I had to do was plug it in each day, and it recorded my steps.
They need to make things easier for seniors and not harder. we should be able to fill in Step coupons on line.
You used to allow faxing of the monthly work out tracker. Do you still allow this, if so, what is the number.
Our fax number is 877-250-7814.
How about taking a pic of workout coupon and texting it to Go 365?
We do not have a way to receive text messages. You can fax to 877-250-7814.
All I can say is that your Go365 program for Medicare recipients is Pathetic.
First you discontinue the Moves app, then you discontinue the use of the Humana Pedometer. For the past six months I have been forced to mail in my Activity Log and have repeatedly been told by your Customer Service agents that ...big things were on the way for 2019. AND THIS IS IT!!!!!!!! Not many Medicare aged subscribers can afford a $200 fitness to connect to your system, anyway the frequency at which you are discontinuing certain devices, why waste money on a device that will soon be obsolete. You certainly don't appear to be encouraging us senior to exercise regularly - wow a whole $5 for exercising 8 days a month. I walk 8-10,000 steps a day - good thing I do it for my health.
I thought your Go365 program was a great idea, but it has become an insult to Medicare recipients. I doubt if I will participate, and I will definitely take this into account when I consider my choices for healhtcare next year
I agree with you, Howard. Like you, I walk that amount of steps each day, too. The way this is all set up amounts to a big waste.
My wife and I have found that Humana is not ready for 2019. Could not have said things better myself.
Well said re: pedometer G2 and reporting. Making things harder will not work unless that is your intent?
I Agree 100% , I have a lot of money tied up in apple watches & iPhones that we used with go365 appt now that we switched over to Medicare go365 we can't use them anymore. So I guess we won't participate anymore.
I used Runkeeper in 2018, which was linked on line to my Humana Medicare account. Now I find out I must submit my workouts via paper! With all the technology available, we're going back to paper submissions? Though I like to keep people employed, I cannot imagine the process by which Humana receives my paper form, reviews it, then enters it into another "system" to track my account. Is Humana actually discouraging us from staying fit?
You don't have to use the paper. You can also contact us directly with your step information via phone/chat and we would be happy to get them awarded.
This statement is untrue!I called Go 365 today and I was told I could not call in my steps or submit them online. They will need to be mailed in. A stamp now costs 55 cents. So after postage a person will not even get $5.00.
I do agree. Am so frustrated with this 2019 program. When I saw the credit being given for only 500 steps per day I was incredulous. It takes about that many steps to go from the living room couch to the bathroom and back! Where is the motivation in that?! This Silver Sneakers connection was one of my reasons for choosing Humana. I will be rethinking that decision next year.
Is there a way to text a photo of the Workout Tracker?
While we do not have a way to text the form, you can fax to 877-250-7814
How do I manually give you my workout activity?
I keep looking for list of electronic means, but still not there.
Expense is a concern.
Can I email a form to you with activity?
Here is the tracker:
Go365 Medicare Workout Tracker 2019.pdf
I do not have a fitness tracker and did not know a program exists. Is there a paper form that can be filled out. I attend Senior Aerobics classes twice a week and the work out lasts for 1 hour. I also try to walk 2 miles a day for 3 or 4 days a week and I ride a stationary bike 15 miles a night. How can I get credit for these activities. I also eat healthy and have lost 24 pounds since July. My BMI is now normal. Thank you.
I have downloaded and printed out the Go365 By Humana Workout Tracker. I take it that the Member ID# is the number that is on my Humana Health Card. Is this correct? Just want to be sure and fill it out correctly as I will do this monthly. Thank you for answering my previous questions. I appreciate it and this is good information. Does Planet Fitness honor the Silver Sneakers Program. I was under the impression that only the YMCA honored the program and I know the YMCA here in Suffolk, VA 23434 where I live does not honor the program, but a YMCA 30 minutes or more from here does and I am not traveling that far. But we do have Planet Fitness here and I already belong there if they honor Silver Sneakers I would like to know. I take the Aerobics Class at a recreation center and pay $12 for 6 weeks which is a real bargain and I love it.
Yes, that would be your member ID. (Typically starts with an "H")
Silver Sneakers partners with all different gyms.
You can check eligibility here:
You can also earn rewards through participating in a community or social event (aerobics class would be part of this!)
What kind of activities are eligible for rewards?
Last year I was able to upload through my computer my monthly activity. Then I was emailing them to a representative. Can I do either of these to submit my activity without a tracker? I'm trying to figure out how to submit my January 2019 activity. I do not have a fax machine but I am able to take a picture of my filled out form and upload it to my computer. Thank you.
You can report these via mailing in your tracker, calling us with the information over the phone, or by chatting with one of our representatives.
Regarding rewards for go365, your web page says, "Qualifying workouts include SilverSneakers® or walking a minimum of 500 steps a day."
I am not sure what "qualifying workouts/SilverSneaders means. I do not walk, but ride a stationary bike. Does that not count?
Silver Sneakers is a fitness program. By participating here or getting 500 steps a day will earn you points/rewards.
I appreciate this information. But how do I document the 500 steps? Please keep in mind that as a cyclist, most of my fitness is generated on a road bike or a stationary bike. Many thanks!
This new workout qualifications and reporting process is a piece of junk. I can get 500 steps every day just getting up, making coffee, and going out for the newspaper. Eight days a month is a ridiculously small amount of exercise and not what doctors recommend.
That depend on your health. I'm on disability and 500 steps daily for me is really hard! I'm glad the exercise minimum is 500 steps a day because otherwise I would not be able to participate.
Do the coupons have to be mailed monthly or can you put more than 1 month in an envelope to submit?
Can they be submitting electronically?
I don't understand why we ca't upload steps electronically. It is like we are being discouraged from earning points.
There is no reason why go365 cannot get my activity data electronically. Well, unless they don't want to pay what they say they will.
So if you can't read my phone app you should be able to be able to enter it electronically and not via snail mail and hard copy.
SCAM of course the word I"m thinking of. Guess I'll have to look up the complaint department with the Texas Departmenti of Insurance.
Hi, if mailing in is not convenient for you, please feel free to call us directly, or use our chat feature to give us your workout information.
i think it’s all advertising hype. its going to backfire since it’s *******so many of us off. Go365 is a Joke. Humana would be better not to affiliate themselves with them.
Is there just a simple phone app that we can download that record our steps???
Yes a phone app that would communicate directly would be SMART and SIMPLE, best of all FREE, a very good thing to most of us who live on limited incomes. I fail to understand why there is not a list available of compatible devices in Mid-February. Did not all the terrible changes take effect on January 1? This is really somewhat sad. My interest in the program is quickly waning. I used to take some pride in earning the points and getting things done. Wanted to add my steps this year, but cannot even find out if any of the devices (cheap older units) or the Samsung Health app on my phone would work. Not crazy about doing it on paper as I honestly have so much stuff to do already that I have problems completing on time. My phone automatically tracks my steps and would be a convenient and easy way to manage it for so many members who already own cell phones. If Go365 cannot use an existing app, why dont you have one developed for you? Surely that would be easier than getting multiple things to work. I cannot believe it would be so difficult to develop an android and apple app that specifically could do this for Go365! What do other members think?
MyFitnessPal, which is on my iPhon, is listed on your site as an activity tracker. It is linked to Go365, but Go365 is not picking up my workouts. One of your CS people directed me to this form.
Too much unnecessary work for everyone. And why is MyFitnessPal still listed and synched with My phone?
I swim for 20 - 30 laps every day at the Y where I am a Silver Sneakers member. How is that tracked?
The instruction are more complicated than the actual exercise. If I am reading it right, I can use my phone as a pedometer to measure footsteps. However, how do I get this information to Go365? Or do I just fill in the form? It would seem to me that proof is required. Thanks!
If the device is not automatically synced to Go365 (Fitbit or Garmin) then you can track via the workout tracker. You can then mail that information to us, or contact us via phone or chat to have the steps added. There would not be any additional documentation required.
I am new to Humana Medicare Advantage and Go365 was part of the reason I switched from United Health Care. I walk 3 - 5 miles most days and also cycle a lot (road) and want to track this activity. So far I am VERY frustrated trying to figure out tracking with Go365. I spent a LOT of time reading the information, downloading the apps (Go365 and MyFitnessPal), setting up accounts, and trying to get activity to track. I used Vitality at my last employer and that system worked great. This has been nothing but frustrating.
I have an Android smart phone and do not wish to purchase anything else. I finally met with a Humana/Go365 rep at a Benefits Workshop and was told that the Go365 app that I tried to set up doesn't work for medicare members. I was also told to uninstall MyFitnessPal and install and link Runkeeper, which I did, but that doesn't count steps. It seems like steps are needed to register a "qualifying" workout. How can I track steps using my phone and have that recorded to Go365?
From reading other comments here I will mention that I am not interested in completing a paper form and mailing it monthly for a $5 reward. Really? I'd rather spend the time walking, biking, hiking, etc. My focus is to have my life be less complicated - most everything is automated.
So are there really only 3 devices that will report to Go365 ? And NO phone apps? This is 2019, andbthe rest of the world "has an app for that!" Does Go365 actually think that the gutted and reduced program offered this year is inspiring in any way for a person to go.the extra mile and report by paper form Snail mailed to you, or by phone call? The extra time required to do so is worth much more than the sad $5 reward. Additionally, the old program with decent rewards inspired me to get preventive care done in a timely fashion. That is no longer the case, indeed Go365 is now a great disappointment. I hope someone who is responsible for the damaging changes and lack of technology is reading this. I will also discuss the program and send the comments to Humana so they know how participants feel.
Thank you for sharing your feedback, we will definitely forward your frustrations for review on potential future enhancements.
In regards to the devices, you can use any device to track your steps, however, if they are not a compatible one, the Workout Tracker would come into play. These are self reported activities, meaning, you can either mail in the tracker, or contact us via chat or phone and give us the details. Any compatible device will automatically send the data to Go365. We are always working to expand our eligible devices by partnering with different providers.
I truly apologize for the inconvenience that this may cause you.
Please don't lose sight of your wellness goals and best wishes to you on your journey!
I notice that a lot of the rewards available last year are not available this year (2019). Will you be adding more items to choose from in the Go365 Mall?
This program is way too much in need of computer literacy. Which I don't have and probably most of the people trying to use this program, do not have either! Good grief! Couldn't you make it a little more simple?
I Walk 3 to 4000 steps every day.
I like the idea of keeping us seniors active with rewards. I don't need them but will try to get some as
my activity is a great reward. Active tennis players are generally very fit. I play 4 or 5 days per week
two hours per match. When I had a fitbit it registered any where from 7,000 to 10,000 steps per match.
You guys should figure a way to give credit where credit is due. I just got your mailing today and here
on am but already a little disappointed for all the time just spent on the computer.
Agree 100% with Philip. Way too much computer literacy and record keeping needed for me!
I swim laps regularly at LA Fitness facilities who partner with Silver Sneakers. They electronically swipe my card every time I'm come into the building. Is there a way to synchronize 365 rewards with the LA Fitness card management system? That would make the tracking effortless for both Humana and me.
I have been keeping track of my steps since the first of the year and just became aware of these forms to send in to you. Can I catch up and send in January and February at this time or only February? Can I send in my husbands forms and my forms in the same envelope?
You sure can! Just be sure your individual names are listed.
Where do we mail them?
How about the Apple Watch? It is a very good device, but it is not listed. Is there a plan in the future to add this device? Please tell me you will sometime down the line. In the meantime, my device tracked my workouts and sends them to my phone so I have a record of my exercise. Thank you.
Am I reading this correctly?? Maximum you can now earn is only $5 per month?
If the device is not compatible, it simply means it will not automatically send the data to Humana/Go365 for rewards. With that said, you can still use the device of your choice, and simply track via the Workout Tracker above. Once complete, either mail it in, or contact us via phone/chat to provide the workouts. The maximum per month is $5.00.
Still no answer to my question. I need to mail in my workout tracker sheets. What is the address??????? Your website really sucks. went to help and it can't find the web page what's up with that ? All I want is the mailing address.
I am so sorry for the trouble you experienced.
The address to mail is actually included on the form attached above.
For your records, it is :
Go365 by Humana P.O. Box 14613 Lexington, KY 40512-4613
Thank you for your prompt response.
How about linking with an Apple watch? A lot of us have them and it would be alot more convenient than mailing in those cards.
This may be an opportunity for us in the future.
In the meantime, you can still use it and track your workouts to provide us the details via the tracker through mailing in or contacting us via chat/phone.
Looks like someone at Go365 screwed up big time!
Last years program worked well. It would have been better to be able to enter data on the web site but certainly not a deal killer. However, this years program gives me nearly no incentive to record my workouts or activity. I would think most people have a smart phone of some kind that has a fitness app (iPhone has its health app). If we could link our fitness app to the website, that would be so cool!
My heart rate monitor also is not included in your "accepted" devices. TICKRfit is an exceptional HR monitor and I would seriously recommend that it be included in your accepted devices. I really do not want to go out and buy still another HR monitor. There goes any incentive to use your program.
I am a new participant this year and I have a Samsung g2 watch that tracks my activity, it is not compatible at this time. I also have a Samsung health app that is connected to my watch and I average 2500 to 6000 steps per day. How can I get credit for my activity? I also do body groove 3times a week and have the online subscription, does that also count as exercise?
Please consider add the Samsung health and watch in the future.
My printer is not working and I can't afford to buy another one right now. Is there any way the Workout Tracker form can be completed online?
The folks at Humana Go365 took an app that was working fine and messed it up. Now it seems as if they have no interest in fixing the issue. It is not really a motivation for me to exercise as I do far more than the base requirements. But it was a nice perk. Maybe some day they will fix it.
We should get double credits for going to the print shop and printing the .pdf form. It costs money and it's time consuming when you don't have a car, and are disabled.
It is ridiculous that Medicare customers can't use normal Android phones with an app.
I have a question regarding the reporting of one's monthly progress from their devices. What if I am doing workouts on Go365 and/or Silver Sneakers that don't show up as steps on my Pedometer? I use my elliptical a few times a week, but I've just discovered the Go365 Program and decided to use it as my catalyst to set and keep a healthy exercise regimen going. I'll also be starting a low FODMAP elimination plan to try to help my IBS. I plan to incorporate some of the workouts I saw today on these sites interspersed with the elliptical as my hand finishes improving from wrist/thumb bone & muscle transplant surgery. I have problems leaving my home due to agoraphobia which I developed after getting parasites on a vacation to Mexico 40 years ago this past April. I wasn't treated properly by the physician I went to upon returning home. For 6 months I got sick everywhere I went, but having been taught to never question authority figures, I didn't question the doctor's approach. I quit going anywhere but work as people made fun of me; even a teacher in a college program I started pointed out to the class that I was leaving the room because I "had the runs" although I'd spoken to him prior to that and he'd assured me there'd be no problem with my sneaking out quietly. By the time I sought another doctor's opinion, damage had been done, and I've lived with the consequences ever since. Anyhow, the elliptical steps don't register on the device because they are low impact, but I don't do high impact due to problems with shin-splits in the past. How can I prove what I do in the case of weight-related workouts and time/mileage on the elliptical if they have no impact on the Fitbit? I'm not trying to get around anything, I just need to know what other options there are so that I can comply with the rules. Thank you for your assistance.
