I really think someone within your organization should track the sending of the cards being ordered with points. We work hard to meet the goals set up, yet we get no rewards because someone in your organization is stealing the rewards cards! Too many people are complaining about not receiving the cards, and although our postal service sucks, it is definitely not losing this many items you supposedly mailed out! You should have a tracking method on what you ship!
