I had a Fitbit Versa and it was tracking fine and upgraded to an Apple Watch. So disappointing.
You can certainly use an Apple Watch to track your activity, however, there is not currently an option to connect with your Go365 account directly (it is not listed as a compatible device for Medicare, currently). You will need to utilize the Go365 Medicare Workout Tracker 2019.pdf to track and submit your workout dates to Go365.
Is the tracking then separate from Silver Sneakers Calendar?
I see nothing for Feb rewards?
I hope they develop a better system soon. It’s disappointing.
The February file will be received from SilverSneakers at the end of this month (March). Once the file is received, you will see your $5 reward applied for the month of February (if you attended at least 8 times in February).
You can choose to track your workouts on the workout tracker I have included above, however, if you are already being awarded with SilverSneakers, then you will not earn an additional $5 reward for the month.
When does Go365 plan to add Apple Watch? There is definetlya need for it. I have seen your reply that you are working on it.
The addition of the Apple Watch/Apple Health, for our Medicare members as a comptaible device, will require the addition of a mobile app experience as well. As you have seen, it is something that is currently on the table for a future date. I apologize for the delay, and any inconvenience!
I have a synced Apple Watch with wifi and sharing apps for Weight Watcher's and Apple Activity Trackers. I want to get credit as I do all of these things to get rewards. It is not fair. Let me know if you have solved this problem and what I need to do. I can't get any points for rewards. I get flu shots every year as I volunteer for Christus Good Shephers IHL. I play tennis about 3 times a week and stay active every day by walking 2 or more miles. I see my doctor twice a year and get my Wellness visit. I need to know how to get credit for all these things. Thanks, Charlotte Jackson
Preventive activites will award to you automatically, once the claim for the activity has been processed. If the activity does not automatically award to you, you can submit proof of completion via your Go365.com account. (Preventive Care > View details under applicable activity > enter date of service > upload proof > click "Submit")
Your workouts can be submitted to Go365 by using the Go365 Medicare Workout Tracker 2019.pdf.
Keep up the great work!
This is not a good way to run a fitness for the health reward program. I want to sync my Apple Watch4 to the Go365 program.
I sincerely apologize for any frustration!
We will be sure to alert our Medicare members if/when Apple Health/Apple Watch becomes compatible. Keep up the great work with your Fitbit and prevention activities, and we hope you enjoy your rewards!
Please keep in mind that you can also be awarded for up to four social or community activities per year, at $5 each!
