My Garmin has been connected to 360 for several months. I have no problem syncing with my Garmin connect app. In 360 it says never uploaded. Why isn't my activity going to 360. I have chatted with them several times with nothing done.
I am sorry that your steps on your Garmin have not been coming through to Go365. We read your steps from your Garmin Account. I attempted to pull your steps from your Garmin account but unfortunately there was nothing to pull. Please make sure that you can see your steps on your Garmin account. If you don't see them please sync your device with your Garmin account. Once you can see your steps we will be able to pull them on our end and you will receive your exercise rewards. I understand how hard you work on your steps and we want you to be rewarded for what you do.

I can see my steps on connect.garmin.com website as per my chat with 360
today but activity not uploaded yet.
Then that most likely means that you have the incorrect Garmin account connected to Go365. Please "disconnect" the current Garmin account connected to Go365, and connect the correct account.
