    Why didn't my go365 shopping card work?

      Went to my local Walmart in Kissimmee, Florida and bought over $100 in healthy foods, gave the cashier my go365 card and she had no idea what it was. I explained it to her and we followed the instructions right off the welcome letter and no discount showed up at all. Why doesn't it work? How can I get credit for all the food I just bought?

          If you still have a copy of the receipt you can call customer service and speak with the Go365 department. They can then have our IT department look into why the savings weren't applied to the items that were specially marked with the "GreatForYou" logo. Also since the Walmart you went to didn't seem to understand the program, if you provide that Walmart's information when you call in, customer service can have additional education sent to them.
