Renata- The first thing we must confirm is that you've synced your device to Fitbit.com. If you go to the app or Fitbit.com can you see your recent data?
If no- you may not have synced in awhile. Make sure you sync your device and once the data in on Fitbit's end, in about 24 to 48 hours the data will come over to Go365 automatically.
If Fitbit does have the data- You may have to disconnect Fitbit from Go365 and reconnect making certain that when you link your Fitbit account to your Go365 account, that you use the exact same Email/PW that you used to create your Fitbit account.
