have been going to the Y for the Splash classes and have not received credit for these sessions. How do I get my credit?
Silver Sneakers sends the workout data to Go365 one time a month, one month delayed. For example, September's workouts will arrive at the end of October and October's workouts will arrive at the end of November. So on and so forth. If its been longer than 2 months, please contact customer service so they can investigate further.
