Sorry for the delayed response. If you have a print out available from the gym you can call customer service and ask that you be allowed to Email or fax them your gym workouts directly. (if you submit them through the communication center or via the Go365 fax, they would not be processed in time.) The rep can then enter them while you're still on the phone so you can redeem your bucks immediately if you haven't already.
I am out of town until New Years Day and will be unable to do as you

Planet Fitness,) in Gulfport, MS, with my Silver Sneakers card. Question -
can I go to Planet Fitness in New Orleans as a "Silver Sneakers" member
too? The gym in New Orleans told me today they do the Silver Sneakers
memberships as well.

Whenever a Medicare member attends a Silver Sneakers fitness center, they'll send the check-in data to Go365 one time a month, one month delayed. As far as this year is concerned, the bucks must be redeemed on or before 12/31 or they will expire.
