My wallet was stolen in October. My temporary ID card for Silver Sneakers was printed from online. At the YMCA, the Front Desk customer service staff enlarged the bar code from the Silver Sneakers card, cut it out, and pasted it on my YMCA ID card for convenience. It showed to them that I had checked in, but did it since none of my visits have posted for November in my account. I did read that visits per month are posted the following month (so November visits should have posted in December and they have not). 1.Did my visits register when I checked in at the YMCA? 2. Does my Bucks account total already include November visits?

We can't assure that Silver Sneakers sends those workouts in a timely fashion. Those points are not reflected yet.
