My doctor told me to drink milkshakes made with protein powder, ice cream and milk.
I have not tried that yet because I don't have a blender. However, I'm going to get one and try it. I'm thinking the protein powder outweighs the ice cream, lol.
If you try it soon, let me know how it works please.
Thanks for your input.!
So; I regularly drink a milkshake. You have a good doctor. Here is my plan. Please note it helps but I need way more. Blender from Target $15. Plastic cheapo. Egg, banana, protein powder, milk. Ice-cream of course I like but not for every day. It is for a treat only. Sugar is poisonous .
GNC has fairly cheap shaker bottles, stainless steel. The lid screws on and has what appears to be braces for strength,$5? Some milk, some powder, shake it up. Also sometimes I eat raw eggs. The SS bottle will hold a dozen. Drink them, or I drink,,
I drink a lot but still feel dehydrated. When I was younger I worked as a weldor, and so have tiny burns on most of my body. If I am not all wet, I feel like I am drying up due to the scars.
I think that I will do like nutrien-rich foods can help a person to gain weight safely and effectivel. Milk, protei, shakes can help you gain weight easily and most effective if dunk shortly after a workout. Protein shakes, rice, red meat, nuts, nut butter, whole-grain breads, and starches. I hope this helpful........
