How can prepare better meal so I can lose weight? I will GO365 lose weight or the nutrisystem weight loss plans. I am probably doing the best lose weight program for myself because I am lose weight fast. But the only thing I am doing is eating heathy food all and sometimes I feel like I can treat myself. It is free, not hard, and at smooth paste. Thank you Lord for what you do.

You can prepare better meal so I can lose weight by eat a high-protein breakfast. Eating a high-protein breakfast has to reduce cravings and calories intake throughout the day. Avoid sugar drinks and fruit juice.
This is a question that I can answer because I am trying to lose weight right now. What I do is download apps MyFitnessPal to track my calories. I eat like four times a day (breakfast, lunch, dinner, and an snack). I eat in small portions each times. The main thing try to avoid sugar unless you eat fruit. My problem is that I like drinking soda because I need that caffeine and sugar. What do now is eat my fruit when I want something with sugar. Green tea is good to drink when you trying to lose weigh. I pray that this is helpful.
I have lost 45 lbs on Nutrisystem. Their food is expensive but you can follow their plan by using your own food. Go into Google and type "Nutrisystem Grocery Guide" and download the PDF file. This gives you the list of foods allowed on the plan. They are broken down into protein (PowerFuel), carbs (SmartCarb), Non-starchy Vegetables, Free Food, and Extras. Next follow the plan that fits you. If you are a woman who is not diabetic with less than 100 calories to lose, then you will eat the following: (PF = PowerFuel and SC = SmartCarb)
Breakfast = 2 PF and 1 SC
mid morning snack = 1 PF
Lunch = 1 PF and 1 SC
afternoon snack = 1 PF and 1 SC
Dinner = 2 PF and 1 SC.
Make sure you eat 4 servings of non-starchy vegetables each day using the Grocery Guide to see what is allowed. Drink at least 64 oz of water each day. They also recommend you do three 10 minute sessions of moderate exercise such as walking or bicycling each day.
I have the all of the other plans too and you can find them on the Internet. They have plans for Women: regular, or diabetic, or over 100 lbs to lose and for men for the same 3 categories.
