Mary- if you're still having issues with your Fitbit, I would advise disconnecting and reconnecting it.
To disconnect your device, click the blue watch icon > Manage Devices > Disconnect under where your (insert device) is showing connected. You will then receive a message confirming that you want to disconnect your device. After clicking Disconnect, you will receive a notification that you have successfully disconnected your device from your Go365 account.
To reconnect your accounts, click the blue watch icon > Manage Devices > search for (insert device) under Available Devices > Connect. You will then be prompted to log in to your (insert device) account. Be sure to allow access to all data to prevent this going forward. You can then click Allow.
