I have had problem with the credits for exercise at my local YMCA, I got an Email Yesterday stating I should call customer so IT can check it out for Me. (Jerome- Please call customer service so IT can investigate further. Silver Sneakers should automatically be awarding once a month, one month delayed.) I will be out of town for the next few days, so I will get back next Tuesday.

SilverSneakers workouts will be awarded each month, however it can take up to the end of the following month to receive the Bucks. For example, March's workouts would be awarded at the end of April and April's will be awarded at the end of May.
