The website clearly says make sure you spend your rewards before the end of the year to avoid losing them. But how can you do that if you are calculating your activity through the end of December?
Go365 recommends that you submit any eligible activities by 12/15 of each plan year to be processed and awarded to your account. This way you can redeem Bucks for some activities completed in December of your current plan year. Unfortunately; the guidelines are provided by the Centers for Medicare Services and any activities completed in December that are not entered by the end of the current plan year are not awarded.
