What should I do if I notice a check-in is not showing up on my exercise and fitness calendar?

Check-ins are usually reported to Go365 at the end of the following month, so they will not show up on your exercise and fitness calendar for the current month. They will display on your calendar for prior months once we receive the information.

 

If you notice an error with your check-in information, Contact Go365 Customer Care within 10 days of the date the check-in would have been reported, by using the chat window on the bottom of the Go365.com page or by calling the Customer Care number on the back of your Humana member ID card.
