Your rewards expire on December 31 of every year, so make sure you redeem all rewards before then.
Why didn't Humana let us know about this? You send e-mails all the time.
In years past we did send communications out towards the end of the year regarding redemption of rewards.
In 2018 we didn't send that specific material. Instead, we sent an update to members in the middle of the year to those who had bucks and with encouragement to engage and redeem prior to 12/31. In addition to this, all online and offline resources indicated the need to use bucks prior to the end of the year.
I apologize if perhaps this was missed on your end causing any losses in redemption.
Sounds as if you just hope we forget. Well, I did, as I have trouble remembering lots of things. So I'll just consider this "benefit" as bogus. Wish I had known sooner. I'll select another provider next time. I don't like being taken advantage of.
I HAD 30.00 ON MY REWARDS AND COULD ONLY GET 25.00 ON CARD.I HAVE 5.00 LEFT AND I CANNOT BUY ANYTHING AND THEY WILL EXPIRE.
I was surprised to learn today that my points also had expired! It wasn't a lot of rewards cash, but I worked diligently to log them. I just joined in December 2019, so it would have been courteous of Humana/Go365 to inform those who joined AFTER that mid-year notice of the impending expiration date.
Same here. I walked and walked. And, my points are gone.
