need a meal plan that supports low carb PLUS low sodium. diabetic with heart disease.
I have an meal plan that suppport my calories because can only eat total of 1360 for that whole week. I have to scan everything I eat that day and I can’t go over my calorie.
Low carb diet will be a great meal plan to because you can’t eat sugar, HFCS, wheat, seed oils, low fat, and Tran fat. You can eat food like meat, fish, eggs, vegetable, fruits, nuts, seeds, and high fat dairy.

I change my meal plan like an year ago maybe more then an Year. But I try different meal plan diet like keto or control my calorie everyday. I have an limited on my calories example I can only eat everyday is 2270 and this my limited. I think that keto diet are good but some people have medical problems with this diet.
