    why I can't manage my account on the mobile app?

      I am unable to logon to my account using the go365 mobile app. I get the error that it doesn't support Humana Medicare plans! Is that so?

          I apologize for the frustration. Unfortunately, the Mobile app experience is not ready for the Medicare plans at this time. This is something that we have had feedback on and are working on something for the future. There is no ETA at this time.

           

          However, you can still use your smart phone by using your internet browser and logging into www.go365.com. You will have access to all of your activities through there.
