I would like to hear the designers of this ridiculous plan to answer to ALL these complains and comments that whole lot of people are making. Obviously the members are upset about these backward changes. Why Humana is not giving us a reply? We like to know why less ( a lot less) is more(in your mind or your planners and designers mind)? Are the financial award too costly for Humana? Why can't there be two programs at the same time? The old, for people that liked the challenges and the new one for those that like to go to bathroom 8 times a month? Oh by the way you can't call this G0365 it should be called Go96@500 (8X12).
I apologize for the delay! I understand the frustration with the changes for the 2019 Go365 Program Year. Changes were made to the program to make it successful for all members and to make submitting activities simpler.
