My account is not recording my Fitbit progress. What do I do to rectify this?
If your Go365 account is a result of having Humana Medicare, it will never sync because it requires access to the Go365 phone app, which we don't have.. If that's not the case, the only solution I have is to just use the Go365 Medicare Workout Tracker 2019 form and submit your monthly workouts manually to receive your rewards..
Please be sure that you are syncing your Fitbit to your Fitbit account frequently to avoid missing data. Your Fitbit can be connected directly to Go365 by selecting Exercise and Fitness then Manage a Device.
If you are having a problem syncing your device you can always fill out Go365 Medicare Workout Tracker 2019.pdf and send your workouts to Go365.
