The new program seems to have at least 50% fewer incentives. My question is - why keep "colonoscopy" as an activity when most people are only required to get this procedure every 5 or 10 years and then drop dental exam when it is suggested that you visit

The new program seems to have at least 50% fewer incentives. My question is - why keep "colonoscopy" as an activity when most people are only required to get this procedure every 5 or 10 years and then drop dental exam when it is suggested that you visit a dentist 1 - 2 times per year? This just doesn't make sense.
