You certainly aren't interested in the elderly exercising.
You don't even need to make your bed to get the 500 steps.
I agree. It is ridiculous. I work out 6 or 7 days a week and would like
credit for that.

My thoughts exactly ! Why bother getting all of the extra health and fitness apps and getting them to sync with Humana Go 365, if you really don’t get any more credit for exercising than for just walking around the house every day ?
I had a lot of hope for the Humana plan and have been very disappointed with how poorly it works thus far !
I have an Apple Watch and some of the apps I have to use do not even support an my Apple Watch , or even the health app on my iPhone.
It is hard to find information on how to get points for exercise.
