Why did they not tell us 2018 points would disappear? I sent my steps for Sept to Dec the beginning of Jan. I would have sent earlier. My wellness exam was dec. 31. I feel gypped. Is there anything we can do to get credit for things from 2018?
I apologize for the concern with your 2018 rewards. Unfortunately, due to Medicare Law and CMS guidelines the rewards will not roll over into the next year to redeem.
I am sorry that you did not receive any notifications, we did have mailers go out about the Go365 program. I have shared your feedback with our Customer Recommendation team about the notifications.
