My almost daily trips to the YMCA don't seem to be logged into my account. The Y scans my card each day but I don't see that reflected on Go365. What do I have to do to get credit for that?
As long as you are utilizing your SilverSneakers benefit to attend, we will automatically receive your check-in data once per month, about a month behind. We will receive January data by the end of February.
