Could you please reiterate for folks that we whose fitness devices are not compatible with your system are able to submit our completed "Go365 by Humana Workout Tracker" information via email, and that it can be as easy as
(1) scanning the form
(2) initiating a chat with a rep and
(3) emailing a copy of the form to the email address the rep provides
That process worked beautifully for me today, and the points appeared quickly, but I had to view quite a bit of the conversations on this page in order to realize that emailing was a possibility. So...it would be great to have that information stated clearly in a prominent place. Thanks so much.
