How can I earn rewards for being active?
You have many options available to you to be rewarded for your physical activity. These options include: attending a participating SilverSneakers facility, connecting a compatible fitness device (such as Fitbit or Garmin) to your Go365 account, or manually tracking and submitting your activity using the Go365 Medicare Workout Tracker 2019.pdf.

RE 2019 changes: This new limit of 500 steps per day is very disappointing! You could be totally dependent on a walker and still earn the same fitness credits for daily activities as someone who jogs 5 miles per day. It doesn't seem fair to those of us who try to make at least 10, 000 steps per day to not get rewarded. I am so sad that Humana has stopped rewarding it's healthy participants. Humana could certainly keep the program simpler just by adding a couple of exercise tiers for more than 500 steps. (The previous system of comparable calories, steps, etc. was too complicated, I do agree). I also agree with many other comments that 500 steps per day 8 times per month does NOT promote good health sufficiently for most active seniors.
