Why are my activities at my gym from JANUARY not yet recorded on my account?

I go to 24 Hour Fitness and sign in each time. The club can print out a list of my activity days, yet I see no record of Go365 recording any credit for the entire month of January and we are almost leaving the month of February. Is there a way to scan the hours in a message to GO365 in order to get these exercise days recorded?
