My Fitbit is connected, but my activities are not showing up in the activity calendar. I’ve had four days this month of 5k steps each day, and it shows none of them. Additionally, my days spent at LA Fitness don’t show up.
I can verify that we have been receiving various days of steps from your Fitbit account. You can view them by clicking on "See exercise details" from your Go365 Dashboard, and scrolling down to the calendar.
Is the LA Fitness location you attend a participating SilverSneakers facility? If not, you can use the Go365 Medicare Workout Tracker 2019.pdf to track and submit your workout dates to Go365.
It shows days for February but not March.
I can confirm that we are receiving your step data for March; the only date we did not was on 3/2/19.
