I had a Fitbit Versa and it was tracking fine and upgraded to an Apple Watch. So disappointing.
You can certainly use an Apple Watch to track your activity, however, there is not currently an option to connect with your Go365 account directly (it is not listed as a compatible device for Medicare, currently). You will need to utilize the Go365 Medicare Workout Tracker 2019.pdf to track and submit your workout dates to Go365.
Is the tracking then separate from Silver Sneakers Calendar?
I see nothing for Feb rewards?
I hope they develop a better system soon. It’s disappointing.
The February file will be received from SilverSneakers at the end of this month (March). Once the file is received, you will see your $5 reward applied for the month of February (if you attended at least 8 times in February).
You can choose to track your workouts on the workout tracker I have included above, however, if you are already being awarded with SilverSneakers, then you will not earn an additional $5 reward for the month.
When does Go365 plan to add Apple Watch? There is definetlya need for it. I have seen your reply that you are working on it.
The addition of the Apple Watch/Apple Health, for our Medicare members as a comptaible device, will require the addition of a mobile app experience as well. As you have seen, it is something that is currently on the table for a future date. I apologize for the delay, and any inconvenience!
