I workout 3 times a week at the YMCA and it doesn't show in my activity. What am I doing wrong?
Data for January and February has been received for this year. March will be received at the end of this month (April). Rewards are only applied to your account if you attended at least 8 times within the month. Did you attend the YMCA at least 8 times in January and February?
Why does it take Silver Sneakers so long to notify 365 of our activity? They should be able to post it as soon as we turn over to a new month. Also - what happens to the workouts in December? -- Our points need to be used by the end of the year.
If you have at least 8 workout dates completed by mid December, there is an exception in place to call/chat with Go365 Customer Care to report the dates. You can then redeem your rewards over the phone, or place your order online.
