    No credit for workouts


      I've asked repeatedly for help receiving credit for my gym workouts, and I was told to talk to my gym. Their IT guy seems to have no clue that they're supposed to be reporting this info (he said the problem is that my tracker watch isn't a Fitbit), or how they would submit the info. How can I get technical info for them about what they need to do? I lost $20 rewards last year over this, and so far this year I've received no credit.
