Yes. Rewards for qualifying preventative activities, and SilverSneakers workouts, are automatically applied to your account.
Rewards are applied after the preventative claim has been processed (typically 2-3 weeks from your appointment, depending on how quickly your provider bills Humana).
SilverSneakers data is received once per month, about a month behind. March data will be received at the end of April, April at the end of May, and so on. A minimum of 8 check-ins per month is needed to earn your $5 reward for the month.
