Where can I see what social activities I have been given credit for?
All of a sudden it seems like I've been awarded more points for social activities than what I've done but maybe I'm losing my memory.
The technical team is going through accounts to ensure that a social activity has been awarded for each qualifying post within this Go365 Medicare Community (up to 4 per year). If you click on the Social Activities tab on your Go365.com account, it will tell you how many you have been awarded for the year. There is not further detail available.
Keep up the great work!
I have known EXACTLY how many social activities have been AWARDED because I
went on the Social Activities tab before ever posting my question and there
seems to be TOO MANY awarded! That's why I asked the stupid question in the
Why has Go365 become such a disaster? If Humana can't get the simple stuff
correct how in the world can we trust them to handle the more complex
issues of medical bills?
THE CORRECT ANSWER IS THAT: *WE REALLY CANNOT TRUST HUMANA TO DO
I am sorry about sounding so negative and I feel sorry for the moderators.
Humana really needs to hire some real experts to run Go365 because right
now it is doing more damage to the company's image than helping it.
What I read about Kaiser Permanente sounds so much better.

You posted questions and comments within the first part of the year that were not yet applied, as there was a delay with Go365 Community interactions being processed as a social activity. This has now been corrected, which is why you are now seeing those added to your account.
An infinite amount of social/community activities can be submitted, but only 4 will be awarded.
I apologize for any frustration.
My records indicate that I have submitted only three (3) social activities for consideration for rewards.
Does posting "questions and comments" count as a social activities?
You personally submitted three directly on your Go365.com account, yes. The other was automatically awarded to you, based on your participation within this Community. Posting a question, or comment, is considered a social/community activity.
Thank you for this answer and for your patience with me. I had not realized
that posting to this community would automatically award me
social/community activities. If I missed that there is no telling what else
I've missed. Could you point me to where this is described? Thank you again
for your help.
