My fitness device shows that it is connected but my exercise details stopped on April 16. I have accumulated $20 up to April but nothing is showing up for May. What is going on?
Are your steps showing on your Garmin account/have you been syncing your tracker with your Garmin account?
Go365 only receives data from your connected Garmin account, we do not receive it directly from the tracker that you wear. After syncing your device, the data is sent to Go365 within 24-48 hours.
