If you obtain a new Fitbit, such as the Versa, you can use the same Fitbit account and just "replace" your old device with the new one (pair your new device to the same account).

If you have your Fitbit account set up, and your device paired, then you are ready to connect with Go365. To do so, you sign into Go365.com > click "Manage activity trackers" > then scroll down to select "Connect" underneath Fitbit. You will then be asked to enter your Fitbit account email and password. Be sure to authorize all data to be shared with Go365 to avoid any missing information. You can also follow the document below to connect your Fitbit account with Go365.
