I don't understand why my steps are not being tracked. It have not recorded since January 11, 2019.

You will need to ensure that you are frequently syncing your Fitbit tracker (that you wear) with your Fitbit account. After syncing, your steps will transfer to Go365 within 24-48 hours. We only receive data that is synced to your Fitbit account, we do not receive data directly from your tracker.
