I can confirm that you still have a Fitbit account connected with Go365, however, there are no steps on the account. Do you still wear your Fitbit Zip? If so, when is the last time you synced your tracker with your Fitbit account?
Go365 will only receive the data synced from your Fitbit Zip to your Fitbit account, we do not receive any data directly from the tracker itself.
