I have added my Fitbit and it says its connected but at the top it shows never uploaded. What is the problem?
That just means that we have not been sent any step data from your Fitbit account yet. Be sure that you are frequently syncing your Fitbit tracker (that you wear) with your Fitbit account. After syncing, your step data will be sent to Go365 within 24-48 hours.
