why i cant lose weight even tho i ride a stationery bike 30 min each day

I can relate. I was going to the gym 4-5 days a week or doing a light jog or fast walk and I still was not losing weight. I basically eat fish, shrimp, and chicken and veggies. I drink plenty of water too. My downfall is wine. I can't pass up on a glass or two, or three of wine. I even have regular bowel movements and take vitamins. I think that my body is missing the protein from meat and the carbs from starchy foods and that is what has been affecting my weight loss or lack there of.
