Log in error

My Medicare insurance started on 6/1/2019. I have tried repeatedly the last 2 weeks to log in to the go 365. It give me the same error message below. But yet my husband can log into his go 365 with no problems. He has the same exact insurance coverage as I do. How can I fix this?
