Why won't my fitbit upload?
I can confirm that you have a Fitbit account successfully connected to Go365, however, that account is not sending us any step data. If you have not already, you will need to ensure that your are syncing your Fitbit tracker (that you wear) with your Fitbit account. If you set up your Fitbit with a smart phone, you will just need to open the Fitbit mobile app to allow the syncing process to occur.
Once your steps are on your Fitbit account, they will be sent to Go365 within 24-48 hours.
