Has anyone else had issues with receiving gift cards? I have not received the last two that I ordered. I was advised to notify the post office. Today I filed a complaint with the USPS Mail Fraud department.
I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience, or frustration. If we are able to verify that the gift cards were shipped out, and shipped to the correct address, then unfortunately we are unable to replace them.

Go365 is not responsible for replacing shipments made to invalid or incorrectly supplied addresses or non-receipt of orders to the mailing address associated with the order.

Lots of luck in getting the USPS to help!! Been thru this and they eventually tell you to contact the shipper, and when you do Humana informs you they will not replace them. Also, they do not have a tracking system at Humana for these cards and my advice to them was to find the "thief" in either the mail dept. or the rewards dept. If they cannot log and trace the gift cards, then anyone working there knows what is being mailed and they also know it cannot be traced if they steal these cards. I raised a hundred dollars worth of hell, but they won't bend!!!!
