Trying to use the phone app. It states my "plan type" is not currently supported and to login on the computer. Am I missing a step?
There is not currently a mobile app experience for our Go365 Medicare members. You can still access your account from your mobile phone by visiting Go365.com via a web browser. I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience, or frustration!
Thank you for your email. I hope, considering today's phone environment
and the wide spread use of Apps tody, thta you will consider implementing
one soon. It will make the user easier to access and use.
