Hello. I received a free Fitbit Inspire HR through Humana. Just when I was using it regularly, and enjoying it, it stopped working. I only get a smiley face and then a black screen. I cannot restart it. I tried everything the Fitbit Support suggested but nothing has worked. Can I exchange it for another one?
I am so sorry to hear this! You can contact Fitbit at 844-534-8248, and they should be able to assist you, as all devices are purchased directly through them. Fitbit has a one-year warranty on their products.
