This is most frustrating. I have been trying for two days to sign into GO365.
I am so sorry for any frustration! Are you attempting to sign in with your Humana.com login credentials? If not, that is what you will need to use for Go365.com as well.
If you are unsure of your username, you will want to start by selecting "forgot username" first (your username is NOT an email address). Once you have retrieved your username, you can click "forgot password," enter your username, verify your identity by retyping your personal information, and then creating a new password.
After resetting your password, you can attempt to sign in with username and new password. You will then need to complete the 2-step process with an email address. After entering an email address, you will be sent a 6-digit confirmation code to that email account. Without closing the screen, you will need to access your email account to retrieve that code. Once retrieved, you will enter it back on the Go365 screen. Once this is completed, you will be able to access your Go365.com account.
