I was sent the Fitbit from Humana go 365 only had it a few months and stop charging will they send me another one it’s unfair that I cannot get my points because it is not working I’ve reached out with no results what do I do ?
I am so sorry to hear about your Fitbit no longer charging. Fitbit has a one-year warranty on their products (which we purchase directly from them, and they are shipped directly from Fitbit). Have you already contacted them at 844-534-8248?
If your device is older than one year, they may be able to provide you with a discount code!
