Can't understand go365 position on app and medicare customers can you explain the discrimination?
A Go365 mobile application experience is in the works for our Medicare members, however, there is not currently an estimated release date. The entire experience is very different between Commercial and Medicare members, which is mainly due to CMS regulations, so a new experience needs to be created for the mobile app as well.
